“Ah, la Piaf est morte. Je peux mourir aussi”, e terá morrido mais tarde de um ataque
cardíaco. De Père-Lachaise e de Milly-la-Forêt, vieram emprestadas as fotografias
das suas lápides para que o seu leito de morte seja duplo, finalmente.
October 11, 1963. Jean Cocteau wakes up to the news of Edith Piaf's death. "Ah, la Piaf est morte. Je peux mourir aussi," and died later of a heart attack. From Père-Lachaise and Milly-la-Forêt, the photographs of their tombstones have been borrowed so that their deathbed can be double, finally.
